This policy explains how Thinnable (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you visit or use our stock-screening software and related support services.

Information we collect

• Account information such as name, email address, and authentication-provider identifier.
• Saved filters, product preferences, and support messages you choose to submit.
• Subscription and transaction references. Payment card or bank details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by Thinnable.
• Technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, logs, and basic product-usage events.

How we use information

We use information to provide accounts and saved research tools, process subscriptions, respond to support, maintain security, prevent abuse, understand product reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

Legal basis and consent

We process information to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, meet legal obligations, and—where required—based on your consent.

Service providers

We may share limited information with providers that help us operate hosting, authentication, payments, email support, security, and analytics. These providers may process information only for the relevant service and under their own applicable privacy terms.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Thinnable is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
