Terms of service
Effective: 27 July 2026
These terms govern your access to Thinnable’s digital stock-screening software. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service description
Thinnable provides software tools that help users create, run, save, and review stock-screening criteria. Features may include natural-language assistance, technical and fundamental filters, alerts, and historical analysis.
Not investment advice
Thinnable is an informational, self-directed research tool. We are not a stock broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager, exchange, or custodian. We do not execute trades, hold funds or securities, recommend investments, or guarantee returns. You remain solely responsible for research and investment decisions.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us promptly of unauthorised access. One individual subscription may not be shared unless the selected plan says otherwise.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are digital subscriptions billed at the price and interval shown before checkout. Applicable taxes are displayed or included as stated. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You authorise our payment provider to charge the selected payment method for each renewal.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel before the next renewal date. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refund eligibility is governed by our refund and cancellation policy.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with security, scrape or resell data without permission, reverse engineer protected portions of the software, use automated traffic that harms availability, or use the service unlawfully.
Data and availability
Market and company data may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted, or inaccurate. Filters, generated expressions, alerts, and backtests may contain errors. The service may change or be temporarily unavailable. Always verify material information against primary exchange or company filings.
Intellectual property
Thinnable and its software, branding, and original content remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of original information you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect and consequential damages arising from use of the service. Statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, or harmful use. You may stop using the service and cancel a paid plan at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance.
